1. They could not log on to the computer, then both of them had to help someone who had already checked in.

2. the staff at the reception desk are very nice and helpful, the hotel is comfortable, not luxurius but it has everything you need in a shopping trip, they have a shuttle from the apto to the hotel and also to take you to the North Star Mall and all around, so it is very convinient.

3. The hotel staff was very gracious and always helpful (and the cookies given to us upon our arrival was a sweet surpirse.

4. The staff at the front desk, bellmen, waiters, waitresses, lounge attendants, housekeeping, are always helpful, friendly and efficient.

7. Two final observations: the front doors are pulled by handles so it makes it extremely inconvenient to enter the hotel when carrying bags in the absence of vigilant or helpful staff.
