3. The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that it looks good from the outside and they have a pretty lobby and the front desk personnel are very courteous, especially when I went in my sleeping clothes to complain that the occupants in the next room were being extremely loud and gregarious.

4. 9. The shuttle to take us from the airport was very prompt and courteous, check-in was prompt, the room was as ordered with two VERY comfortable beds, the room was clean, everything worked properly, including AC, it was quiet, even though there was a wedding in the house, and the bartender was extremely friendly and interesting.
