1. I am not overly critical usually and very forgiving and patient with all staff, but in terms of service and friendliness, I frankly do expect more from a hotel like this one and for the price I'm paying.

5. Usually like to stay in Center City, but this night, none of the Center City hotels were available, so looked a little further out and picked this hotel on Chestnut Street and 36th.
