1. The neighborhood is fine, you are in the center of the UPenn campus, surrounded by yuppy style apartment complexes, dorms, and lots of cheap food and beverage options including the new Bobby Flay's Burger Palace, which looks pretty cool, but when I'm in Philly my red meat of choice is a south philly style cheese steak.

2. Returned to the front desk and they tried to tell me that I just had to wait, the room would cool down.

3. I waited for about 5 minutes to see if it would cool down at all with the A/C cranked, and it did not.

4. Temp control led to a noisy fan most of the night to keep it cool.

5. I really couldn't tell since there were several dark stains on the carpet, peeling wallpaper at the seems throughout the room, closet doors with scratches all over them, an exhaust fan that was louder than a motorcycle and an a/c unit that would not get cool (it was 90 degrees in the east with humidity).

6. First, the good: the restaurant food (although a bit pricey), free internet with a computer in the room and the cool location on Penn's campus.
