6. General wear and tear obvious in all common areas except the lobby: sloppy paint jobs, outdated carpets, wallpaper with visibly peeling edges.

10. With the exception of the restaurant, which was woefully under stocked in beverages and had an army of inexperienced cooks abusing the food in the kitchen, the hotel was wonderful.
