1. I called the Accounting Office and explained that we were Diamond Members and that we had coupons and we were 100% positive that they were in there.

2. They have a timeshare/sales staff positioned right near the main elevators who are very persistant and at times annoying so we found that we were always trying to avoid that area.

9. The shower head leaked and was broken in that you could not have the spray nozzle stay in a fixed position in order to shower and rinse.
