5. The hotel staff for the most part was friendly, with the exception of someone at banquets that threw a fit because he wasn't informed of a change - The hotel is very close to downtown disney and there is a shuttle service that goes to the different parks.

8. Overall, the hotel experience would have been satisfactory except that from the hours of about 7:30 am unit after 6 pm there were very annoying constant banging noises apparently from construction activity at the hotel.

10. We found a whole light bulb that had been broken and the pieces of glass except the base were under the covers.
