1. Customer service everywhere, from front desk to out on the pool was good.

4. The restaurants at the hotel are very good, but the timming with the Theme Parks can be confusing ( Disney Parades ending at 10pm and restaurants closing at 11pm is a rush, but worked when I needed ).

5. Being inside the Disney facilities makes even easier to use the shuttle service to the parks and shipping goods from the stores to the hotel room ( with kids it's a must ).
