1. THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL YOU CAN STAY AT, THE ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AN CLEAN, THE SERVICE IS GREAT, THE ONLY THIS IS THAT THEY CHARGE ME FOR INTERNTET THAT I DIDN'T USE , BE CAREFUL WITH THAT, BUT IT WAS ONLY $5 PER DAY NO BIG DEAL.

5. There was a concierge (near the gold Mickey statue) that knew the parks well and could take care of your typical needs.

7. We decided to go to Disney for the weekend and didn't really care where we stayed as long as it was nice.

8. Just a couple on minor issues with the room; 1) gross stain (of some kind) on the ceramic bathroom floor that could not be removed it seems, but was slightly tacky to the touch, 2) shower nozzle was not properly secured and came off its sprout unless you were very careful.

10. The front desk staff was very nice but they didn't seem to take our complaints seriously, I think we would have had to throw a complete fit in the middle of the lobby to get anything taken care of.
