3. Also we left room at 6am for early golf tee time -- upon return at 1:30pm, housekeeping had not been there yet so we cancelled room cleaning for that day.

The staff are so busy with the guests (it gets crowded over xmas) you get sub-standard service - house keeping missed cleaning our room and wouldn't make it up despite numerous times of us calling front desk and house keeping , finally after getting fed up we walked down to the front desk personally and asked that our room is made up at 11.

10. The spa may have been nice 20 years ago, I felt bad for the people trying to clean the stained, decaying facilities I have been to many nicer supposed .
