2. Breakfast was spot on which is what I expect now take offense but the coffee was not good actually no matter where you stay the hawaiian idea of coffee well its not ours you will always see us running to the local starbucks to get our true hit of coffee its just too bad an after taste the local stuff look if you come from australia we are one of the biggest coffee drinkers in the world so it needs to be good.

5. Everything is pink from the hotel decor to bathrobes to the towels, but is very tasteful and appealing to the eye.

7. The Azure is FN awesome , I ate the tasting menu $69 - totally worth it , I kept my receipts and I alone drank 61 Mai Tais from the Mai Tai bar over 7 days ( yes alcoholic - but the rum is NEVER gone here ) get the scratch Mai Tai # 1 on the island .

8. We thoroughly enjoyed a spectacular 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing at Azure at a table that provided us with a perfect view of Diamond Head at sunset.

9. A couple of suggestions:- For those with culinary adventure and if you want a real taste of Hawaiian food, go to the VERY (very-very) casual Ono Hawaiian Foods 726 Kapahulu and not Ono Seafood at 747 Kapahulu.

10. Most of the benefits offered under the resort fee are already provided free to Platinum members, so I feel it is in poor taste to charge your most frequent quests this fee.
