4. (I don't think they really care) Housekeeping had to be called everyday around 3 because out rooms were never cleaned-the housekeepers never seemed to finish-very strange.

5. Evening turndown service knocked as softly as possible to avoid actually having to go in to the room to clean, I had to open the door and ask them in when I saw their shadows while watching TV.

9. Around the Surf Lanai, the outside restaurant, the drapes and other fixtures were grubby and tatty and other parts of the hotel look like they need a jolly good clean.
