3. The staff were very accomodating polite and helpful, one lady i particular on the beach desk was absolutely the best I have come accross and all the breakfast staff in the restaurant are exceptional.

10. except that the 'upgraded room' ended up being ~ $100 cheaper than the room we originally had booked, yet the hotel wouldn't give us the difference back, unless we could prove what the 'upgraded room' was actually booking for.
