1. For being so close to Ocean Drive and Collings St it was very quiet (room faced the garden).

3. We loved staying at The Hotel - location is ideal (steps from Ocean and the beach, yet quiet and almost secluded, due to layout), rooftop pool is amazing, and staff (from check-in to doorman to concierge to cleaning) are simply excellent.

6. I am told that some of the rooms can be noisy as the hotel is very close to the ocean front action but ours was quiet but with no view - the windows were frosted over.
