2. While the rooms do need some maintenance (new carpet, some updating in the bathroom, who has wood thresholds in open showers?, a little more to offer in the kitchenette) overall it was a wonderful place to stay, especially considering the more expensive crowded beachside Wailea hotels.

8. THE MOST WONDERFUL thing about this hotel that I can report is: I accidentally left a beautiful, new bathing suit in thier spa area after taking a shower the day we flew back to the mainland.

9. Work-out room: My wife, who works out a lot at Lifetime Fitness, tried to use the beautiful workout room, advertised as 'new' on the Hotel's web site.
