4. From the concierge Meegan and Kristine to the bellman and drivers (by the way the shuttle is an escalade suv, pretty swanky I must say) they make you feel like you are the only ones they care about, this place knows how to impress there customers and keep them coming back.

5. PS: all those people complaining about some chipping paint (we didn't have any), black painted floor tile (who cares??), or narrow parking spaces are just missing the point of a vacation in Hawaii.

6. Don't plan on early check in, but they will take care of your luggage until the room is ready.

7. We have been told that the hotel owners in Hawaii don't need to modernize their hotels because many of the people that go there don't care about modern amenities, and those who do still seem to go anyway.
