7. We think that for the other rooms down the hall they didn't even bother to advise the guests of what had happened and just tried to clean it up before they returned.

9. PROS:-excellent service-rooms are clean and beautiful-bathroom is huge-resort is quiet and good for relaxing-complimentary resort shuttle to take you to the different restaurants on the resortWonderful place, but I wouldn't stay there again.
