6. We were moved down to the 4th floor, but the new room we were given was quite a lot larger with two queen beds fitted with quality Sferra linens which made them amazingly comfortable, a large walk in wardrobe and a small but funky bathroom with great Kiehls toiletry products.

7. When I opened the door, and walked into the new room, there were two staff members (not housecleaning) that had shocked looks on their faces (guilty looks).
