1. Generally good but needs some more like the bathroom shower to be fixed and the wireless internet access for free.

4. this room was very very noisy you could hear the noise from the nightclubs outside the revving of cars in the carpark and of course the young wannabe idiots who'd located themselves in any free seat at the hotel entrance.

5. Security guards that walk around the pool area in a black suit to make you feel "safe" - - Not the kind of atmosphere I like for my vacation or business meeting - Being stopped at the hostess stand around lunchtime and being "welcomed" with the words "are you staying here?" When answering no - being declined access because it is "reservations only" - (it isn't and wasn't even full - and I dress appropriately) - not good - $10 for 24-hours of internet? It was free in 2007.

6. I then complained to the general manager and I've been given a free night's accommodation for my trouble - yeah right, like I'm ever going back to this kip.

7. Well I believe one of my nights should have been free or at the very least discounted since you pay a premium price to stay around the pool.

10. They offer free internet on top of the range Mac's in the lobby and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel so for any business needs it's perfect.
