5. What we liked: location, rooms size, restaurant service (spot on), breakfast buffet (excellent), room service, view, pool area; it is a quiet hotel working on 10% not more capacity mon-wed, gets a bit busy at the weekend; sound-proofed roomsWhat we did not like: car park prices, wifi prices, YOU CANNOT OPEN THE WINDOWS and you can end up breathing air coming from other people's toilets, bathroom fans do not work (although you will be told you are wrong) ; you cannot pay for all the meals in advance because they expect their daily tips of 15-20%; pool water: COLD.
