4. We also liked the fact the hotel had room service - we ordered a beatifully tasty birthday cake for my ister's 7th birthday while staying at the hotel and we ordered breakfast to our rooms every day - all were delicious.

5. The hotel had an amazing roof top pool to catch the rays and was attached to a huge shopping mall which had loads of shops in - everything from Victoria's Secret, Sephora and even higher end shops like Louis Vuitton.

What we liked: location, rooms size, restaurant service (spot on), breakfast buffet (excellent), room service, view, pool area; it is a quiet hotel working on 10% not more capacity mon-wed, gets a bit busy at the weekend; sound-proofed roomsWhat we did not like: car park prices, wifi prices, YOU CANNOT OPEN THE WINDOWS and you can end up breathing air coming from other people's toilets, bathroom fans do not work (although you will be told you are wrong) ; you cannot pay for all the meals in advance because they expect their daily tips of 15-20%; pool water: COLD.

7. We came from a hotel in Las Vegas that did not cost as much and we felt like a prince and princess there.

10. - No water in the room -- no mini bar -- no way to buy water due to room service closed after 11 pm and tap water tasting like minerals- Not having an ADA complaint room due to computer error -- is okay.
