1. We had already travelled to Hawaii and Anaheim and had stayed in places with free internet access (not here, I think it was about $13 per day), a fridge to put things in (the fridge is stacked here and to buy anything out of it was expensive) and no washing facilities (except expensive drycleaning).

2. The second guy (at the Bellman desk) was fantastic and after I explained that I didn't want any action to be taken except for a room move he was very reasonable.

8. Having stayed at the Renaissance before several times we knew the hotel was above average and this year proved no exception .

9. The soundproof system wasn`t exceptional but the BIG con I found in this hotel was the bathroom: it wasn`t dirty but all the facilities looked VERY old and 1.
