The lobby was plush and felt luxurious and the bar in the lobby not only served amazing cocktails but had one of the most friendly, helpful barmaids in - she became a friend to our family and it became a nightly ritual when we arrived back at the hotel after the day's activities to stop by the bar and chat to our new friend who gave us lots of recommendations for shopping, sightseeing and exciting things to do in LA.

6. friendly staff, luxurious and clean rooms, superb location, great shopping precinct, nearby restaurants were fantastic, there really isn't anything that I can fault it on.

7. We hired a car for 2 days to visit friend in Newport Beach but if you didn't want to drive this hotel gave easy access to all the sites by public transport and the open top tour buses are round the corner.
