5. The weather is generally better here than on the north of the island, and it doesn't take long to get anywhere on the island from Poipu.

7. This complex was built a long time ago, and it shows in the layout and general condition of the units.

8. True, the Kiahuna doesn't have a restaurant for breakfast, but the Tropical Burger across the street does great breakfasts, and there is also a Starbucks and a little general store.

9. I guess since it's privately owned it's up to the owner to furnish, but generally our unit was nicely done.

10. No A/C, in general not a problem as the windows have shutters to allow the trade winds to blow through, but if you have a noisy neighbor it can be annoying.
