1. We ate in a couple of restaurants there and there is an ice cream/gelato shop that sells the BEST ice cream or was it gelato(?) I've ever had -- really.

5. Also, I would say after exploring the island extensively and Poipu in particular, that this location has one of the best if not the best access to the beach, which is very nice by the way, that we saw.

7. The room was fine, if not a bit dated, but in Hawaii, how much time does one actually spend in the room?Located on Kiahuna Beach, the best on the island, the resort offers beach chairs and towels for guests and most rooms have other beach amenities that are left by other guests.
