4. By all means this is a nice hotel but the day my hubsand and I checked out of the hotel we did not receive a reciept of coures we did not question due to the trip was paid for in advance.

7. A very nice example of above and beyond service that I rarely see as a business traveler who has stayed at probably 100's of hotels.

8. I have read some other reviews where guests have paid $400 - I paid nowhere near that and I am not sure if I would justify it as a $400 hotel, but it is very nice and if I were able to get a similar rate that I received on this trip, I would stay there again.

9. To my surprise, about 20 minutes later room service was at my door with some chocolates and a cheese plate sent up from the manager with a hand-written note to apologize for my inconvenience - I thought that was quite nice and not expected.
