1. Before we got his help, I sort of felt like I was in some kind of weird zone where everyone was super-friendly and at the same time could care less about helping us--it was strange and not at all like our usual SPG experience.

7. The good: The front desk staff has improved in many ways and seems to have learned that being friendly and helpful is a better option than rude and indifferent.
