1. We had asked to speak to a manager, but no one was available until that morning; to our disappointment, after describing our situation, she said they had no bath mats other than the terry cloth ones and suggested we just do the best we could.

7. The best way to work this is to mention to the front desk in advance (like the night before, or early morning) that you'd need a ride for a certain time that way they can arrange to accommodate.
