1. Staff should be trained to act like they care about guests (like Matt did), especially guest safety, and should know that this might be one solution to a serious problem.

2. Before we got his help, I sort of felt like I was in some kind of weird zone where everyone was super-friendly and at the same time could care less about helping us--it was strange and not at all like our usual SPG experience.

8. If you don't care about maid service, TV channels as advertised, the local shuttle service, finding anything to eat or drink during advertised hours of club lounge or helpful management and staff not to mention a restaurant we warned against eating in by other guest.
