1. As a Starwood member, I felt particularly well taken care of - free Wi-Fi, free water in the room, free parking, and free upgrade to the club level.

10. The free shuttle runs on the half hour and if you schedule ahead of time, they are available to take you to meetings, the airport, or drop you off at a mall.
