1. Housekeeping was nice and if they saw me early in the day, they would ask what time I wanted my room cleaned.

2. --Staff was super helpful and friendly--Room was very clean and nicely appointed--We liked that the hotel is small and on the quiet end of Waikiki: this is NOT a mega-resort so don't expect the onsite spas, restaurants, fitness facilities etc.

5. The housekeeping staff were amazing-got us extra pillows immediately-and, best story; we came back after a hike and showered-the room had already been cleaned-and then went to the beach for an hour.
