1. Don't get me wrong - the room was beautiful, the mountain view was nice (overlooking the golf course), the lobby was grand, the overall architecture of the hotel was gorgeous, the dolphin lagoon was a pleasant surprise, but there were certain things that just disappointed my wife and I.

6. The winds were a little stronger than we anticipated but we were at the pool and beach every day, again the staff was always pleasant, friendly and helpful with towels, drinks and a refreshing afternoon ice pop.
