6. Saw often servers walk for 12 minutes with the same fork and a knife and get back several times with the same fork and knife - well, found this is not very efficient.

We had to change one of our tours at the very last minute due to a night of excessive drinking due to watching the England v Slovenia World Cup match in Waikiki (which kicked off at 4am) and this was changed without any fuss or problems - a special thanks to Zane for sorting out all our requirements with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.

8. EVERY member of staff I came into contact with was friendly, attentive, efficient, professional, helpful and nothing was too much trouble - customer satisfaction and the well being of the Hotel's guests is definitely their number one priority.

10. Our luggage was whisked away and we were directed to reception where we were dealt with by a highly efficient and professional staff member who was totally committed to excellent customer care - I cannot commend her more highly.
