3. Make sure you look at the photos on the wall going to the Business Center - you'll see all the celebrities who've stayed at the Kahala - like Alicia Keys and Michael Jackson.

5. Allison of the Business Center was great and accommodating, the check-in staff were ok, the bell desk people were helpful (like Dean).

6. Bart tried to do his best by getting food from his office (I'm assuming the food was his), and though his intention was good, I felt insulted by what he did, like I was receiving hand-me-downs from him.
