Bart tried to do his
best
by getting food from his office (I'm assuming the food was his), and though his intention was good, I felt insulted by what he did, like I was receiving hand-me-downs from him.

The staff is great, food in the restaurants ( Hoku's and Plumeria ) is also the
best
you can get.

The Kahala is located in the
best
area of Honolulu, quiet and well taken care of , but also very close to the action of Waikiki.

Parking is $24 day but you can save that much by eating some meals elsewhere, do sign up for the breakfast buffet which is one of the
best
I've come across.
"Top notch, quieter than Waikiki, family friendly, great staff and service . "

If partying is your style this would most probably not be the
best
option as Waikiki is 15 mins down the road by taxi or bus and has all the hustle and bustle you might like.

There are a variety of places to eat within the hotel all of which have excellent standards, one of the
best
was an afternoon tea with champagne in the veranda restaurant overlooking the dolphin lagoon.
