3. So basically even if you are paying for the parking you can't come and go as you please without asking the valet permission for him to return your keys to you.

4. please be careful if you choose to use this hotel, apparently thier customer service skills are extermely rudimentary, and the staff is very conflict oriented.

10. I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel and I have been absolutely disgusted with myself since for not discovering it earlier in my visits to Hawaii.
