1. I accepted and we went on with our day only to have the same thing happen again the next morning at 6 am again.

2. Lodge a complaint and maintenance took 10 hours to get it changed, and it was still pathetic, albeit a little more acceptable3) Security concerns: Returned to find my room opened with the door lock put out (hence the door could not properly close).
