1. We were using a pre-paid sight seeing card called the Go Oahu Card, and when we went to the tour desk people for help or information, as soon as they found out we had to the Go Card (and therefore weren't going to give them a commission) They brushed us off, pointed us the concierge and couldn't get us away from the table fast enough.
