3. Loved the lobby, and the staff was friendly ( wish I could say the same about the rest of Hawaii-I fully understand the history but is rudeness ever acceptable?) It's pretty central to everything in Waikiki if that is your thing, which is great.

6. The elevator always had cockroches little ones all be it but they went along with you for your travels, as my week went along I grew to accept these as part of the location.

7. When I first arrived in the hotel last October 2009 at first i hesitated to enter but because of the warm greeting and the sweet smiles and courteousness of the staff, I accepted their offer to stay in their hotel.
