1. From the night crew to the day crew, from the valet/security guy to the cafe staff; everyone says hello whenever we pass by, they are knowledgable, and are always around.

3. I thought it was quite funny that when you signed on initially, the home page T&C warned you that wireless HSIA is not secured and you could have sensitive info intercepted--so why don't you offer wired (safer) HSIA in the first place?-fan in bathroom: there is a switch which turns on the 'fan' but you can't turn it off--I think it's preset for a fixed time and then automatically turns off.

7. Beware that they will withhold $100 security deposit form your card (but they are not going to tell you that) :) You'll get you money back in about 2 weeks or so; at least that's what I they told me.

9. The security guy was helpful when I asked him how to get to the bus stop before that one, but seemed disoriented, even after giving us a street map.
