1. There was a huge 42' flatscreen TV, which to be honest I didn't even turn on, but nice to know it was there.

5. However, the beach which is one block away is under construction (yes the beach is under construction - with huge equipment, barricades, etc) and the closest usable beach is a 5/10 minute walk.

Always get a room w/ a kitchenette and always stay in the Pali tower, never the Diamond tower The rooms in the Pali tower are over 500 sq foot which is HUGE for Waikiki-the bigger rooms are the rooms w/ 2 double beds and 'high floor Diamond Head View'; I think those rooms are bigger than the Ocean View Rooms are.
