1. The staff were all really nice and friendly, I asked one of the cleaning staff how to use the shower (you turn it to adjust the temperature rather than pressure, it's either on or off - something we don't have in Australia) he was more than happy to explain it to me and was really nice about it (I was half expecting a 'what are you an idiot' look after I realised how simple it was).
