3. I went to move the next day and had limited time, I asked for a luggage cart, but they insisted on sending a porter, I said never mind and just felt like they could care less, the other side of the hotel is much quieter and my remaining stay was pleasant except for the excessive charges.

10. The hotel is everything the other reviews say, except I have had bad experience with the waitresses at thre restaurant, not the best, sloppy, slow and a bit unconcerned.
