Complete BS, as they never
correct
ed the issue and fortunately our Travel Dept doesn't mind reimbursing us the tax because some hotels are snarky about it--as this one was, but in an underhanded and dishonest fashion, IMHO.

When we asked about it, they told us that they have ONE person in accounting who could do this, and they were out, so it would have to be done later, and they would send us a FINAL bill, was this our
correct
e-mail address yada yada yada.

Should you go this route, MAKE SURE THAT THE LOBBY KNOWS YOU ARE ORDERING AND PIZZA HUT HAS YOUR CORRECT ROOM NUMBER.
