4. But once again the staff accommodated us with an extra blanket for one guest to sleep on the floor (not the big comfy ones like on the bed, but a scratchy thin blanket) Overall I was pleased, just a few inconveniences.

6. I've never been a big omelette person- just too heavy in the morning, but he made his signature veggie egg-white 'crunchy' omelette with his secret sweet vidalia fried onions that changed the way I think about omelettes.
