1. My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot and the hotel did not even care and took absolutely no responsibility even though they know that it happens frequently at this hotel.

4. I went to move the next day and had limited time, I asked for a luggage cart, but they insisted on sending a porter, I said never mind and just felt like they could care less, the other side of the hotel is much quieter and my remaining stay was pleasant except for the excessive charges.

5. 2) room was dirty (right down to the dried snots on the bathroom wall and the peeling paint and dirty carpet) 3) Beds UNCOMFORTABLE 4)Conciere lounge is a joke with a couple of little frozen cupcakes 4)AGAIN the staff who does not care about it's guests complaints4) good luck getting a good nights sleep between the airport and the lumpy mattress.
