1. The staff remains very capable and engaged in meeting our needs, the Livingston breakfast is very good and reasonable in a sophisticated setting.

3. The hotel's location (about a mile up Peachtree from the downtown) can be a negative for people who don't like to take a 25-minute walk (or take a convenient subway ride) to get to some of the major attractions, but is also a positive in that it is within easy walking distance of two top-notch and reasonably priced restaurants, Mary Mac's and Papi's, both of which I have separately reviewed.

4. However for some reason there are no 2 beds in one bedroom in the suites, so my daughter & me shared a king bed.

5. One elevator was out of service the whole 3 days and you could of waited over 10 minutes for the elevator, luckily I was on the second floor so I used the stairs all the time and this is also the reason why I didn't change rooms.
