9. However, we had 'confusion' with the staff on the garage parking arrangement , the bellman coming to the room after several phone calls and breakfast being charged to me when a free breakfast was part of my hotel room arrangement.

10. Not only was I enveloped in a friendly, warm place, I was in a gorgeous historical building with every contemporary amenity, from a business suite in which to review and print my conference presentation, to great choices from easy cafe to high-end restaurant, to a chlorine-free rooftop pool.
