7. Additionally, the architecture and design of the building was fantastic, but signs of defferred maintenance are beginning to show.

9. The hotel is very close to mid-town atlanta's many restuarants and a walkable distance to the botanical gardens, the World of Coke, the CNN tower, and the Aquarium (which is fantastic.
