1. Summary:It is a 3-star hotel: great location and super staff, but the Terrace is lacking attention to detail, some maintenance, and a really deep cleaning.

3. The bed was the best hotel bed I've slept in, the Livingston was a high end atmosphere and a great outside seating with a viaw of Peach Tree St.
